If you are seeking legal counsel pertaining to immigration, Janell is the attorney for you. She helped my wife through her process of residency. Her team was very helpful. Whenever there was a time of doubt or any question we presented to her office, they would always respond within a great time frame. When our appointment for Juarez arrived she quickly arranged my wife's medical appointment, and fingerprint appointment. Even while we were over there she would stay in communication to make sure we were ready and prepared. Once my wife was approved she quickly called my wife and genuinely cared that she was approved

We would like to extend our deepest and heartfelt gratitude to Attorney Janell Somera for helping us with the tedious process of immigration. We had many questions and Janell and her incredible staff were always there to walk us through and finally see our path to completion. When we began this journey, we really did not know what to expect the government regulations that seemed to be changing daily. Janell was able to confidently put our minds at ease. We began the process by offering photos, documents and personal declarations from family and friends. These and all the documentation were organized by Janell and her awesome team. All was submitted to the Immigration officials and we patiently waited. Although the process was tough, we managed to get through a robbery, lack of evidence, pandemic and even the global shut down did not stop our process. Your team will make a lot of "dreamers" and aspiring venturers to be a part of this modern United States of America. "Migration is a natural process of our chordata, we should put more emphasis on the knowledge we could get through DIVERSITY. -EAT" More power and endless blessings. Undying thanks, Vincent Samuel Venable & Erwin Antonio Tolentino

Janell is the best immigration attorney you can find around the 209 area! She is been amazing help for myself and my family. If you are looking for an attorney who will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear JANELL IS THE ONE. She isn't after your money, she works with you and makes things happen as fast as you move and provide her with evidence and everything she asks you for. Takes time but her services are warranty !! She has passion for what she does and she never goes around the bush giving you fake and false hopes. Everything is clear as water!! If there was more than 5 stars I will give her all of them. Thank you Janell for your help and making my dream come true without your help and guidance I would of never had become a resident!

This law office is amazing! Janell is very helpful and attentive! The entire process to receive my residency was long, however she always answered any doubts or questions. I am currently in Juarez ready to go back home. Before coming here, Janell was very detailed oriented and sat down with my husband and I to ensure I was ready for any type of interview. Don't hesitate to contact her office, all her personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Janell!!!

If we could give her more stars we would do it, she is the best immigration lawyer to whom she can turn, she is extremely professional and perfectionist, without her advice we would not have been able to obtain our visa, she guided us step by step and despite the distance because we are in Illinois and she in California always try to solve all our doubts and answered promptly each one of the subjects, it is highly recommended his treatment besides that is a woman with an excellent human quality. Judith and Peter, Visa E2 is approved!

We highly recommend Janell Somera if you or anyone you know is in need of immigration assistance. If we could give her 100 star review we would. Janell and her staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and have provided us with excellent service. She handled our case with care and attention. She was aggressive enough to fight for our case despite any obstacle that came our way. She gave us hope! Before coming to Janell my husband and I consulted 4 other attorneys, each time the attorney would give us little hope our no hope at all, charge us an arm and leg and would tell us his case would be difficult to beat due to a prior conviction from 25 years ago. We were losing hope. The moment we spoke with Janell she gave us the hope back. She said “ I’m up for a challenge and will be with you every step of the way” with in months my husbands conviction was expunged and his papers sent in. In little less than a year my husband received his permanent resident card. She said “ this is the second case were no interview was needed. She changed our life and my family and I could not be any happier. Thank you, Janell for everything you have done for us, we are forever indebted to you!!!
